Reruns on Twitch: what is written, and what is not.
The rules on replaying your own VODs, quoted from Twitch help pages, with links. Then a checker for the Affiliate and Partner thresholds.
Twitch's help page on on-demand content says reruns are non-live content you broadcast from your own streaming encoder, and asks you to label them: the Rerun checkbox, "[Rerun]" at the start of the title, and in the go-live notification. Its Affiliate and Partner criteria (25 followers, 4 hours, 4 days, 3 average viewers; 6 streams on 6 days at 75 average viewers) say nothing about the type of stream, in either direction.

Label it
Twitch asks for three things when broadcasting pre-recorded content: the Rerun checkbox in Edit Stream Info, "[Rerun]" at the start of the title, and "[Rerun]" at the start of the go-live notification. Failing to label "can damage community trust".

Questions.
Do reruns count towards Affiliate?
Twitch's Affiliate criteria (25 followers, 4 hours, 4 days, 3 average viewers over 30 days) do not mention the type of stream. There is no published exclusion for replayed content, and no published confirmation either.
Is streaming pre-recorded content allowed on Twitch?
Twitch’s help page explains how to broadcast a rerun from your own encoder and how to label it. Its written rules are about owning the content, labelling it, and not farming Drops or inflating stats.
Do I have to tag my stream as a rerun?
Twitch asks for the Rerun checkbox, "[Rerun]" at the start of the title, and in the go-live notification. VOD247 sets the tags and the title mention automatically; the checkbox is in your Twitch dashboard.
Will I get banned for running a 24/7 channel?
The written risks are third-party content, missing labels, Drop farming and fake stats. A labelled replay of your own VODs, watched by real people, is none of those.
